Our client is a technology enterprise who are looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to position the company as a premium B2B technology partner in international markets. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key part in driving brand growth market visibility and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning
    Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning.

  • Brand Building
    Lead initiatives to elevate brand perception toward a premium positioning in global markets ensuring consistency and differentiation.

  • Campaign Management
    Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital content social media and offline channels.

  • Content & Brand Development
    Oversee the creation of high-quality content that supports brand storytelling and engages target audiences.

  • Event Management
    Organize and execute events such as webinars conferences exhibitions and internal activities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

  • Public Relations
    Build and maintain media relationships manage PR activities and strengthen brand presence in relevant channels.

  • Team Leadership
    Lead and develop a marketing team (45 members across content PR design digital and event) fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

  • Market Analysis
    Conduct research on market trends competitors and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Budget Management
    Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation with a strong focus on ROI.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    Work closely with sales product and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

  • Reporting Line
    Report directly to the head of marketing.



Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Marketing Lead/Manager level).

  • Strong background in brand building preferably from a branding-led career path.

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing ideally in international markets.

  • Experience in industries such as technology IT services or B2B solutions is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing teams.

  • Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking with a data-driven mindset.

  • Experience in event management and PR is a strong advantage.

  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketings role in lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
