Position Title - Finance Analyst
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Raw Material Tariff and Cancellation Claims Audit
Auditing of Supplier Raw Material claims by checking key parameters of Volumes supplied by Supplier ; Prices as per Invoice & raw material index; Weight evidences of the parts
Coordinate with Supplychain Purchasing team to ensure all estimated claims are forecasted in Purchasing system before coming to audit
Collabarately work with the Rawmaterial finance team to ensure all relevant details related to audit results are caputured in forecasting & budgeting
Review of Tariff Claims (Tariffs introduced by President Trump administration) in line with recent global policy changes and providing audit recommendation
Review of supplier claims arising out of Part / Program cancellation (New launches / Vehicles cancelled before launch) - Verification of costs in line with Supplier Claims Guide and Global Terms & Conditions of Ford
Collaborate with Product Development Finance Supply Chain Suppliers to resolve ongoing queries and disconnects on claims and policy related matters
Key Skills
Knowledge on Budgeting; Forecasting; Actuals variance analysis; Accounting close; Auditing
Knowledge in MS office; excel formulas; PPT presentations
Preferable Knowledge in Alteryx Power-Bi iERP
Ability to liaise & Colloborate well with Purchasing team and insist on process compliance
Good networking skills - requires interaction with Finance Engineering STA and other stakeholders
