Job Description: We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter boarding gate and arrival hall - Handle passenger inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner - Check passengers tickets passports and other travel documents - Assist passengers with baggage check-in baggage claim and baggage handling - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights - Conduct security checks and assist with airport security procedures - Provide information on flight schedules delays and other relevant information to passengers - Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal and surrounding areas - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage lounge access and other services - Adhere to all safety and security procedures as per company and regulatory guidelines - Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards passengers colleagues and other airport staff - Assist in any other duties as assigned by the airport management team. Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays - Fluency in English and Hindi additional languages will be an advantage - Prior experience in the aviation industry will be preferred.
