Job Summary: We are currently hiring for 10th pass freshers to join our team as Airport Ground this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely operation of our flights while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries - Check and tag baggage ensuring it is loaded onto the correct flight - Assist passengers with special needs or requests - Provide information and directions to passengers - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient flight operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and security regulations Qualifications: - Minimum 10th pass or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidates will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off on a rotational basis. The contract will be for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
