Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Check and process travel documents and ensure compliance with security regulations - Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal - Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers - Coordinate with other departments and airline partners to ensure on-time departures - Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs - Conduct security checks and implement safety procedures as per airport regulations - Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details - Handle and process baggage including loading and unloading onto aircraft - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as industry standards and regulations Qualifications: - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when required - Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus - No prior experience is required training will be provided We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
