Airport ground staff vacancy for freshers

Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. Your main role will be to assist passengers with their check-in baggage and boarding procedures as well as providing general information and support to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience. Responsibilities: Greet and assist passengers at the airport terminal Check-in passengers and their baggage according to airline procedures Ensure all necessary documents are in order and comply with security regulations Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other inquiries Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a safe and comfortable journey Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure efficient operations Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline systems is an asset Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy baggage Ability to work well in a team and handle stressful situations calmly Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
