The opportunity:
As a Sales Specialist at Hitachi Ltd. you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities managing client relationships and effectively promoting Hitachis innovative products and solutions to meet customer needs.
How youll make an impact:
You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand market share.
You will identify and qualify new business opportunities through various prospecting methods including cold calling networking and lead generation.
You will build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored Hitachi solutions conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients clearly articulating value propositions and technical benefits.
You will prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and sales contracts negotiating terms and conditions to close deals collaborate closely with technical marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution implementation.
You will monitor market trends competitive activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records forecasts and reports using CRM software and attend industry events conferences and training sessions to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably within the technology industrial or enterprise solutions sector.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite and strong negotiation and cl.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
