This role is responsible for executing product performance testing analyzing results and collaborating with engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement successful candidate will play a key role in generating performance data improving testing processes and supporting design optimization efforts across the R&D successful candidates responsibilities will include:Set up and execute performance tests for HVAC productsAnalyze test data and provide recommendations for product design improvementsCollaborate with design engineering teams to improve product performance and reliabilitySupport project engineering teams with data interpretation and field support testingGenerate and maintain catalogue performance dataTroubleshoot testing anomalies and recommend corrective actionsDevelop and implement test plans and procedures aligned with industry standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase testing efficiency and reduce costsWrite formal technical reports for internal teams sales representatives and project engineersMaintain standardized testing processes and documentationEnsure testing areas follow 5S principles for safety organization and efficiencyAdhere to safety procedures and identify opportunities to improve lab safetyAssist with planning upgrades and maintenance of R&D testing areasThe ideal candidate for this position will have:Experience supporting engineering testing or laboratory environmentsAbility to analyze and interpret technical test dataExperience collaborating with cross functional engineering teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsExperience documenting test procedures and resultsStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail oriented with a process driven mindsetSelf motivated and able to take initiativeAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyComfortable working in a deadline driven environmentEducationMechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent experienceShould this excellent opportunity interest you please submit your resume including salary Industries Limited hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity.
