Sr Product Marketing Specialist

What you get to do in this role:

• Support marketing plan and activities for productswithin the competitive arena
• Work with our teams on strategy that willsupport advanced insights valuepropositions and supporting collateral thatdescribe the unique benefits of ServiceNow
• Coordinateproduct launchesincluding messaging and positioning internalcommunications and field/event marketing
• Determine measurements and develop automateddashboards that connect data from all data sources
• Partner with product teams to design and administer the results of A/B and multivariate tests
• Implement the research and data strategy for the lifecycle of a product. Your findings and insights willensure designers product managers engineersand executives will provide the next generationproducts that help our customers gain valueand success with ServiceNow

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 5 years of relevantexperience
• Natural empathy forandunderstanding of needsofcustomers across multiple typesoforganizations
• The ability to create ideasfor howour products can makeour customersand partnersmore successful
• Creative messaging skills based onvalue and benefits
• Passion about our products and thepossibilities of shaping the future ofhow people work
• Excellent people skills to work withteam members and third parties
• Experience with qualitative methods ofuser experience research includingfocus groups
• Ability tosummarize our requirements intoresearch needs
