Liaise with government agencies on labour and compliance matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with company vision and sustainability goals.
Partner with communities and stakeholders to deliver impactful CSR programs.
Qualifications:
Measure and report CSR performance using relevant impact metrics.
8 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations & Compliance.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience managing complex ER cases and investigations.
Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability.
Analytical detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Fluent in English and Thai.
