Job Purpose
Provide clinical and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) therapies including CSP/Pacemakers (Brady) ICD and CRT (Tachy) to ensure procedural success support physician adoption and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site clinical support during device implantation programming and troubleshooting
- Support complex procedures including CRT optimization ICD implantation and CSP techniques
- Deliver product training and education to physicians and hospital staff
- Build strong relationships with cardiologists electrophysiologists and cath lab teams
- Support new account onboarding and expansion into existing accounts
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption and growth
- Assist in hospital coordination including procedural planning and PO processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Nursing or related field
- 12 years of experience in clinical support or medical devices
- Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology preferred

- Strong clinical and technical knowledge
- Ability to support complex procedures under pressure
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- High customer focus and teamwork
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Flexibility for urgent or after-hours case support
