Job Overview
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Agent to provide assistance to travelers through phone and email this role you will help customers with flight reservations ticket updates refunds and travel-related questions while ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding travel services
- Assist customers with booking flights modifying reservations cancellations and refunds
- Provide clear information about flight schedules ticket conditions and travel policies
- Support passengers with special travel arrangements such as medical needs or minors traveling alone
- Guide customers regarding travel regulations and required documentation when necessary
- Process ticket changes or refunds according to applicable fare rules
- Ensure accurate updates in booking systems and maintain detailed records
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service in every interaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Strong communication problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive patient and customer-oriented attitude
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred
- Experience in travel tourism or airline services is a plus
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Greece
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
- Good typing skills and computer navigation ability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
