Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Agent to provide assistance to travelers through phone and email this role you will help customers with flight reservations ticket updates refunds and travel-related questions while ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails from customers regarding travel services
  • Assist customers with booking flights modifying reservations cancellations and refunds
  • Provide clear information about flight schedules ticket conditions and travel policies
  • Support passengers with special travel arrangements such as medical needs or minors traveling alone
  • Guide customers regarding travel regulations and required documentation when necessary
  • Process ticket changes or refunds according to applicable fare rules
  • Ensure accurate updates in booking systems and maintain detailed records
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service in every interaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working with computers and online systems
  • Strong communication problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive patient and customer-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred
  • Experience in travel tourism or airline services is a plus
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
  • Good typing skills and computer navigation ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
