Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
- Assist with reservations ticket modifications cancellations and refund requests
- Provide accurate details about travel policies pricing and flight schedules
- Support passengers who require special travel assistance
- Guide customers regarding travel regulations and documentation when required
- Apply fare rules when processing ticket adjustments or refunds
- Update booking information and ensure all customer requests are handled correctly
- Maintain a professional friendly and solution-oriented approach with customers
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
- Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns efficiently
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving ability
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Experience in travel airline or reservation services is an advantage but not mandatory
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Greece
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
- Good typing skills and ability to navigate computer systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
