Job Overview

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist customers with travel-related inquiries through phone and email support. The role involves helping passengers with reservations ticket changes refunds and general travel information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
  • Assist with reservations ticket modifications cancellations and refund requests
  • Provide accurate details about travel policies pricing and flight schedules
  • Support passengers who require special travel assistance
  • Guide customers regarding travel regulations and documentation when required
  • Apply fare rules when processing ticket adjustments or refunds
  • Update booking information and ensure all customer requests are handled correctly
  • Maintain a professional friendly and solution-oriented approach with customers

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer concerns efficiently
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Experience in travel airline or reservation services is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Greece

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School graduate with call center experience or graduate of a 2-year or 4-year program
  • Good typing skills and ability to navigate computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
