Job Description: Remote Project Scheduler

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information to create schedules
  • Identify and communicate schedule impacts and recommend solutions to keep projects on track
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage resources efficiently

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
