Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within scope timeline and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of project objectives while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan initiate and manage projects from inception to completion
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets costs and timelines
- Communicate project status issues and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.)
- Facilitate meetings stand-ups and project reviews
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field
- 5 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira MS Project Asana Trello etc.)
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP CSM or other project management certifications
- Experience in IT software development or relevant industry
