Job Description/ Responsibilities:

This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions.
The candidate will leverage expertise in product design requirement lifecycle management and banking products to achieve impactful results in a high speed work model.
Develop and implement business strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the banking sector.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans to ensure seamless execution.
Utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and optimize project delivery timelines.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Oversee the requirement lifecycle management process to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support organizational goals and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

Possess strong expertise in product design and requirement lifecycle management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows effectively.
Have in-depth knowledge of business analysis and planning particularly within the banking sector.
Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results.
Display familiarity with banking products and their regulatory requirements.
Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development with a maximum of 12 years preferred
