Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Santa Clara CA Need 50 mile radius from Santa Clara

NEED TO HAVE - PROJECT MANAGER WITH 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING ON GENESYS CONTRACT CENTER (SO NEED GENESYS SALESFORCE AND SAP C4C)

Job Description:

Resource needs to be in the client office 5 days a week in Santa Clara
Primary Skill Required for the Role GENESIS - CONTRACT CENTER (6 years required)
Level Required for Primary Skill Advanced (6-9 years experience)
SAP C4C - Cloud for Customer Intermediate (3-5 years experience)
Salesforce - Service Cloud Intermediate (3-5 years experience

As an IT Project Manager Contractor you will oversee the planning execution and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans including scope schedule budget and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely within-scope and budget-compliant project delivery.
