Job Summary

Position: Project Leader - EPC Projects
Location: Clarington ON (Onsite)
Structure: Contract 36 months to start
Pay:$70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables

Lead and manage EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout ensuring delivery against scope schedule budget safety and quality objectives.
Administer EPC contracts review invoices track purchase orders and oversee vendor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and approved budgets.
Develop project execution plans risk registers business case summaries lifecycle forecasts and mitigation strategies to support project governance and funding approvals.
Provide field leadership and coordination with station teams and contractors while mentoring junior staff and supporting administrative and reporting activities.

Experience Required

Minimum 6 years of project management experience delivering large-scale engineering procurement and construction projects involving installation and commissioning activities.
Strong experience managing project cost schedule forecasting risk management and vendor/contractor oversight.
Experience preparing estimates execution plans contracting strategies and lifecycle business planning documentation.
Technical knowledge of mechanical systems and major industrial equipment with experience supporting field execution or work planning activities.
Professional Engineer designation from Professional Engineers Ontario or certification from Project Management Institute considered strong assets along with strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
