Business Operations Intern

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the development of new partnership data tools systems and tracking enhancements
• Learn and assess current partnership data tracking and capabilities on the Samsung Services Business Team (including platforms such as Salesforce and Airtable and other internal tools) identify gaps and opportunities and help articulate how these capabilities can better support the organization
• Provide support to our Senior PMO and Business Operations team for data migrations hygiene and overall process improvements
• This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms and the opportunity to influence how teams enter understand and trust data.

Experience Requirements:

• Students currently pursuing an MBA or M.S. in Business Analytics Computer Science Data Engineering Information Systems or a related field
• Advanced Airtable User/Builder
• Has overseen or been directly involved with a data platform/system migration at a tech company
• Experienced in handling large amounts of data & combining information from different sources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Experience Requirements:

• Basic knowledge about the content streaming industry and components of a streaming media/entertainment contract
