Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefings to placement.
Sourcing screening and interviewing high-quality candidates.
Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Using recruitment systems and job portals to manage pipelines effectively.
Meeting recruitment targets while delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
Grade 12
3 years of experience in recruiting.
Prior experience working on ATS systems MS Office and Online Platforms.
Excellent Communication skills.
Target Driven organised and able to work well in a team environment
