We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Consultant to join a high-performing DevOps team.

You will be responsible for providing SAP Analytics platforms ingest frameworks and overall data visualization services to a global customer base.

Analytics Expert: Lead the design development and deployment of easy-to-use and impactful SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards.

Data Architecture: Build and optimize SAP Datasphere models and SAP BW environments to ensure a robust foundation for global reporting.

Technical Leadership: 5 years of deep experience in analytics and data warehousing ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous unit integration and security testing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• IT-related qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with AFO (Analysis for Office).
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP BW.
• Essential: Proven experience in SAP Datasphere.
• Extensive experience in conducting Unit Integration and Security tests.

• SAP Analytics Cloud operational development & authorization skills & experience
• Connectivity to Connect SAP Analytics Cloud to other SAP Systems
• Analysis for Office (AFO) operational knowledge and ability to coordinate packaging of AFO
• Ability to resolve & implement SAC & AFO related Incidents & Changes
• Understanding of SAC Modelling techniques. Ability to create and maintain SAP Module development & functional documentation.
• Understanding of SAP Notes and Importing of Transports in SAC
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Strong proficiency in SAP Datasphere development and understanding of SAP Datasphere Modelling and Integration Capability to SAP and Non-SAP Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Be at the forefront of SAC AFO & SAP Datasphere tool advances and driving their adoption.
• Request and Coordinate New Versions of Analysis for Office WUSS packages.
• Design develop and deploy SAC dashboards.
• 1st and 2nd level support for incidents (troubleshooting and resolving) for SAC AFO & Datasphere Platform as per define SLAs.
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified for SAC AFO & Datasphere Platform as per define SLAs.
• Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required for SAC AFO & Datasphere
• Platform as per define SLAs.
• Reporting of ITSM KPIs to upper management (Incidents Changes and Tasks)
• Create and update management and technical documents in Confluence.
• Standby shift work and public holiday work required from time to time.
• Support with Go Live preparation and support during Go Live (could be on weekends late evenings)
• Coordinate and Support SAP Basis team with issues and during upgrades.
• Coordinate with Application teams interface partners support teams and other module consultants.
• Monitoring SAC System Performance
• 1st and 2nd level support of the following technologies:
• Analysis for Office
• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Datasphere
• User creation on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere
• Creation of SAP Analytics Cloud connections to various source systems
• Creation of SAP Datasphere connections to various source systems
• Exporting and importing of transport packages in SAC & DSP
• Planning and coordination for system downtime during maintenance windows
• Test management including but not limited to:
• Participation in Test Analysis and Testing activities as per XRAY functionality.
• Conduct basic SAC AFO and DSP testing after any system upgrade.
• Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing for change requests.
• Integration testing with other modules
• Performing regression testing
• Preparation of test cases
• Documenting known errors and resolutions in the solution database (ResolveIT)
• Creating pertinent system design technical and functional documentation
• Preparing User / How-to Manuals and conducting training to other Team Members
• Drive the adoption of SAC dashboarding within the user community.
• Ability to embed Models & Stories in easy to use and impactful SAC dashboards.
• Ability to create SAP Datasphere models
• Get Experienced in the design development and deployment of SAC dashboards
• Preparation of YPA / Product documentation
