We are looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) to join one of our offices in Warsaw or Porto(hybrid work model).

The Senior Compliance Analyst supports the implementation of Brukers global ethics and compliance program. The role conducts due diligence over Brukers sales intermediaries resolves escalations and helps to continuously develop and improve the sales intermediary due diligence process tools and related templates. The role also reviews high-risk Compliance transactions such as collaborations grants sponsorships and similar funding. The Senior Analyst Compliance supports the maintenance of existing Compliance tools and technical interfaces supports identification and implementation of new technologies and processes in line with the global compliance plan. The role supports trainings and communication initiatives on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence on Brukers sales intermediaries including identifying and resolving red flags.
  • Continuously develop and enhance the sales intermediary due diligence process including tools templates and documentation.
  • Review and assess highrisk Compliancerelated transactions such as collaborations grants sponsorships and other funding requests.
  • Maintain and further develop Compliance tools and technical interfaces ensuring alignment with the global compliance plan.
  • Support the evaluation selection and implementation of new technologies and process improvements within the Compliance function.
  • Provide support for Compliancerelated training initiatives and communication programs as required.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree (or equivalent) in business economics or a related field
  • 35 years of professional experience in ethics and compliance within an international industrial setting.
  • Relevant professional experience in ethics and compliance (ethical conduct anti-corruption competition law) in an international industrial company
  • Experience in the medical technology sector is an advantage
  • Strong personal integrity value orientation and trustworthiness
  • Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills are a plus
  • Fluent in English (min. C1 Level) German and other European languages are an advantage
  • Autonomous working style with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive solutionoriented mindset and collaborative teamoriented approach
