Job Summary

About the Role

Perform basic accounting HR and administrative tasks. Candidates from entry level with a background in management economics or accounting up to those with 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with general accounting tasks (AP/AR processing bank reconciliation expense reports).
  • Supporting monthly closing activities and maintaining organized financial documents.
  • Handling HR-related administrative work including onboarding documents maintaining personnel records and supporting payroll preparation.
  • Managing general office administration: supply management vendor coordination scheduling and document filing.
  • Preparing internal reports and assisting with communication between HQ Korea and US office.
  • Supporting insurance compliance and corporate documentation as needed.
  • Providing timely administrative support to the Management team and ensuring smooth daily office operations.


Qualifications

  • Accepting candidates from entry level (with a base in management economics or accounting) to candidates with 3 years of experience.
  • 1 years Accounting / HR / Administrative experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (Korean/ English)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail problem solving solid analytical skills and follow-through skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office: Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
