We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the General Manager to join our team in Udaipur this pivotal role you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Manage the General Managers calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments while optimizing time management and minimizing scheduling conflicts
- Prepare and organize meeting materials agendas and presentations; take minutes and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders
- Handle executive-level correspondence emails and communications on behalf of the General Manager ensuring timely and professional responses
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and ground transportation while managing travel budgets and itineraries
- Prepare reports presentations and documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive company information and executive matters
- Serve as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders facilitating effective communication
- Track and manage projects deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion and follow-up
- Organize and maintain filing systems both digital and physical ensuring easy retrieval of important documents
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of proven executive assistant or senior administrative support experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management in a corporate organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other business software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy and quality standards
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the General Managers needs
- Experience with calendar management systems and scheduling software
- Preferred: Experience with project coordination and tracking tools
- Preferred: Travel coordination experience
