Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy persuasive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales this role you will be the voice of our company responsible for reaching out to potential customers understanding their needs and closing sales. Since our target market spans across diverse linguistic regions fluency in both Tamil and Telugu is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases to promote our products/services.
Sales Conversion: Explain product features benefits and pricing effectively to convert leads into sales.
Language Localization: Conduct end-to-end sales conversations in Tamil and Telugu ensuring the customer feels comfortable and understood.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales telemarketing or customer service is preferred (Freshers with high aptitude are welcome).
Competitive Salary: Fixed monthly CTC performance-based incentives.
