Job Description
Deliver consistently professional friendly and engaging service aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Ensure prompt and courteous communication with both internal departments and external corporate clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in line with the hotels revenue strategy.
Proactively solicit new corporate group transient and banquet business through structured action plans and market research.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
Prepare proposals define commercial parameters negotiate rates and contractual terms and confirm agreements through written contracts.
Conduct client meetings sales calls site inspections and outside appointments to strengthen market presence.
Represent the hotel at trade shows conventions networking events and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of accounts sales activities and pipeline updates within CRM and relevant sales systems.
Work closely with Catering Events Revenue and Front Office teams to ensure all contractual details are executed flawlessly and guests depart satisfied.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maximize revenue opportunities.
Prepare weekly monthly quarterly and annual sales reports and forecasts as required.
Balance operational administrative and team collaboration responsibilities effectively.
Follow departmental policies brand standards and all corporate health & safety procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of sales experience in hospitality preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate sales group business and banquet segments.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance reports.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
Proactive results-driven and customer-focused personality with strong relationship-building skills.
