Sales Operations Smart Start
Job Summary
- Support the Sales Operations and Supply Chain teams in daily operational and coordination tasks.
- Assist in the preparation consolidation and follow-up of sales order and operational reports including month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
- Contribute to data analysis and process improvement studies to support operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support the maintenance of sales-related documentation data entry and system updates in internal tools.
- Assist in cross-functional communication and coordination with internal stakeholders when required.
- Provide written translation and document preparation support for internal communication materials and reports.
- Support ad hoc tasks related to sales operations reporting and process follow-up activities.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering International Trade Economics or related fields.
- Strong interest in sales operations reporting business processes and cross-functional coordination.
- Eagerness to learn about international sales and operational workflows.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of new tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong command of MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM tools or reporting systems is considered a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting or sales reporting processes is a plus.
