Job Summary

After Sales Service Partner Management
Responding to customer and service partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Handling complaints from field
Improvement of corporate design of service partners and KPIS
Collecting regular feedback from field
Regular visiting service partners and dealers (min. 3 days a week)
Finding new service partners accordingly

Qualifications :

University Degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Electrics & Electronics Engineering or similar field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sector
Minimum B level driver license and no travel restrictions
Minimum Intermediate level of English knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
