Job Summary

- Rotational 7-Day Shift Roster position

Qantas Freight is Australias largest independent air freight services business moving over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.
If successful you would deliver total customer satisfaction through the accurate and efficient processing of export & Import flight documentation and administration duties associated with the delivery and acceptance of Import and Export Freight (Domestic and International)
Youll have
- Previous Experience in a cargo terminal or logistics environment (desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster including night shifts
- Previous face-to-face customer service skills and experience (desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work as a team or independently
- Sound data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to obtain a Dangerous Goods Acceptance Certification
- An open Drivers licence and the ability to obtain an Air-side Drivers Licence
- Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
