Reports to: Head of Ecommerce / Marketing Lead
Type: FullTime (Overlap with U.S. EST hours)


Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Ecommerce Operations & Marketing Specialist to support a portfolio of Shopify storefronts across various clients and internal brands. This role is executionheavy with an expectation to manage multiple stores simultaneously ensure clean product launches and maintain flawless campaign execution. Over time the ideal candidate will own processes endtoend solve problems proactively and recommend improvements to workflows and systems.

This is not an entrylevel administrative role. Rather we seek a midtoseniorlevel ecommerce operator who executes with precision today and grows into a process leader and forwardthinking operator tomorrow.

Ramp-Up & Ownership: This role starts as execution-focused with direct guidance and onboarding support. Within the first 6090 days the ideal candidate will begin taking ownership of processes identifying gaps and proposing solutions to streamline operations across multiple stores and campaigns. Over time this Specialist will become the go-to operator for process improvements launch coordination and workflow optimization.


Key Responsibilities

MultiStore Shopify Management

  • Build and launch products on multiple Shopify stores
  • Upload optimize and QA product images and descriptions
  • Set up and organize collections tags and merchandising logic
  • Update homepage banners and featured collections
  • Conduct detailed QA on product pages: pricing variants mobile optimization tracking and analytics

Email & SMS Marketing Execution (Klaviyo)

  • Build and deploy automated email and SMS flows
  • Schedule campaigns and maintain campaign calendar
  • Segment lists based on strategy guidelines
  • Execute A/B tests (subject lines timing content)
  • Pull and report key campaign metrics
  • Ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and on schedule

(Strategy and planning direction are provided by leadership the Specialist executes and improves.)

Social Media Execution

  • Schedule approved social posts across platforms
  • Repurpose content for different channels
  • Write captions aligned with brand voice and guidelines
  • Monitor comments and DMs; provide light community engagement
  • Track engagement and provide performance reporting

Product Launch Coordination

For new product drops and seasonal launches the Specialist will:

  • Upload products and finalize store merchandising
  • Build supporting landing pages
  • Build and schedule launch email and SMS campaigns
  • Coordinate social rollout schedule
  • Ensure all tracking pixels and UTM parameters work correctly
  • Execute pre live and postlaunch checklists

Process Ownership & Critical Thinking

  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and propose actionable improvements
  • Document and refine SOPs for ecommerce operations & marketing execution
  • Work with leadership to streamline multistore execution
  • Communicate issues and solutions with clarity and ownership


Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate who:

  • Has 3 years experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing execution
  • Has managed or supported multiple Shopify stores simultaneously
  • Is highly organized detailoriented and executionfocused
  • Communicates clearly and professionally especially in written formats
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
  • Can think ahead spot gaps and bring thoughtful solutions

Bonus but not required:

  • Experience with Klaviyo automations beyond basic flows
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and launch tooling
  • Experience documenting and improving processes
  • Exposure to multiclient ecommerce environments
