Job Summary

YellowSquare is looking for a Junior Event Coordinator.

What youll be doing:

Supporting the design and management of the weekly event calendar bringing life and energy to our spaces;
Assisting in creating experiences that connect people and make every stay unforgettable;
Collaborating with the internal team local partners and the Marketing & Communication department to deliver successful events;
Helping plan and coordinate weekly events and activities;
Contributing to engaging relevant experiences for international guests and locals;
Assisting in promoting events on social media channels;
Supporting the management of performers vendors and basic event logistics;
Coordinating with involved departments during event execution;
Building friendly relationships with guests artists and partners.

What you should have:

Initial experience or a strong interest in event planning tourism or entertainment;
A proactive hands-on and willing-to-learn attitude;
High creativity and curiosity to try new things;
Great communication and interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English and Greek;
Confidence with social media and digital tools;
A team-player mindset with a passion for hospitality and community.

Salary based on experience starting from 16000 (proportionally adjusted for part-time roles);
Initial 3-month contract Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (30 hours/week);
