The Opportunity
For ourCardiac Rhythm ManagementDivisionCRMwe are currently looking for an ambitious professional to join our team in Greece as aJunior Field Clinical Engineer.This is a field-based role based in Thessaloniki and requiring frequent traveling across the assigned territory -North Greece.
The successful candidate will start on an employment contact provided by external hiring agency.
As a Field Clinical EngineerCRMyou will be responsible for providing expert support and advise on the use of theAbbottportfoliowithin Eastern Europe. The incumbent is responsible for the promotion ofAbbottProduct lines through professional andtechnical supportto both medical andsalespersonnel.
This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities withinAbbott.
This positions primary function is to attendimplants follow-upsand support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices
What Youll do:
- Providing expertclinicalconsultationteachingand support on the use of allCRMproducts and their appropriate application in theclinicalsetting.
- Maintain up to datetechnical knowledgeof current and new therapies and technologies within thetherapyarea including competitor devices as well as a general understanding of thedynamicsof the country healthcare market.
- Providingtechnical supportto theCRMsalesforce.
- Conduct productpresentationsand perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers.
Required qualifications and background:
- Individuals will have an university degree ideally in a science related field orengineering.
- Ideallyelectrophysiology/cardiacrhythm management or equivalentclinical experience.
- Cardiac anatomyandphysiologyknowledge would be considered as a strong asset.
- Native Greek and very good command ofEnglish(both written and spoken).
- Strongproblem-solvingcapabilities and customer-focus.
- A willingness to travel 40% of the time and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Driving license B is a must.
