Working hours: 12-hour rotating shift (work day pattern to be advised again)
Work Location: Tampines or Woodlands
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair works on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
- Support and lead maintenance-related projects working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technical improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and process capability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to strengthen team competency.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of maintenance procedures documentation and best practices.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Triple E (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or any related Engineering field
- Min. 2-3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance troubleshooting or engineering support.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. (Shift allowance provided)
- Willing to perform overtime when required to support operational needs. (OT pay provided)
