Working hours: 12-hour rotating shift (work day pattern to be advised again)

Work Location: Tampines or Woodlands

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repair works on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve operational reliability.
Support and lead maintenance-related projects working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth implementation.
Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technical improvements or upgrades to enhance productivity and process capability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to strengthen team competency.
Contribute to the review and enhancement of maintenance procedures documentation and best practices.
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment support.

Requirements

Min. Diploma in Triple E (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or any related Engineering field
Min. 2-3 years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance troubleshooting or engineering support.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. (Shift allowance provided)
Willing to perform overtime when required to support operational needs. (OT pay provided)
