Why this role
To proactively manage customer relationships manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONEs order book and profitability.
What will you be doing
Customer relationship management
Develops and grows KONEs position in his/her customer base or market area
Proactively develops and creates / strengthen customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility
Building good network on architects and developers consultants or other influencers to provide solutions that meet their needs and creating value throughout the lifecycle taking into account whole KONE product portfolio
Creates awareness / interest and demonstrates value of KONE digital offering to influencers and customers
Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of KONE team
Document and maintain customers contact information up to date
Sell
Generates leads opportunities orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
Finds customer needs and designs solution to meet them
Is accountable for setting optimal market pricing for each solution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders i.e. teams from solution engineering project management contracts finance and service during early engagement pre and post tender reviews.
Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome including price terms and conditions quality and safety
Arranges pre-booking reviews and ensures order handover from Sales to Delivery Operations is complete and with detailed information
Is accountable for the project until Order Booking
Supports the finance in money collection
Driving execution of her / his individual sales plan including proactive / consultative sales customer visits
Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field
Responsible for timely and accurate forecasting and reporting
Responsible for correct opportunity data records
Are you the one
Bachelor degree in business engineering or other relevant related field.
Experience from/ familiar with solution selling methodology
Experience from/ familiar with (selling) complex technology solutions
Experience from / familiar with KONE customers industries is a plus
Numbers and facts drive actions
Is able to bring across customer needs add value to customers businesses by offering solutions that meet their needs and is able to use value based pricing to guaranteehealthy margins
Comfortable and excited about the opportunities that digital solutions bring.
Accustomed to use different sales tools
