Maintenance Technician

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and regular inspection for equipment including compressor motors cryogenic pumps and production-related to gas production equipment to ensure safety and optimal operations.
• Perform initial assessment and troubleshooting to support corrective maintenance during equipment faults or breakdowns.
• Conducting routine maintenance and safety functional checks to identify abnormalities in production equipment.
• Assist Engineer for site coordination and communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.
• Manage the maintenance documentation such as service/maintenance checklist and calibration record.
• Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
• Participate and support production efficiency and continue improvement plan.

Are you a MATCH

• NITEC (National ITE Certificate) / Technical Certificate or Diploma in mechanical electrical.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industry
• Preferably to have experience in equipment installation or servicing maintenance and troubleshoots in industries like manufacturing production environment in gas or chemical industry.
• Ability to be on 24/7 hours standby (duty roster) for any M&E related emergency call out.
• Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Google working platform such as Docs Sheet Slide or CMMS systems is an advantage.
• Strong in contractor management and site coordination.
• Familiarity with safety health and environment regulatory practices.
• Preferably to have experience in equipment installation and servicing maintenance and troubleshoots in industries like manufacturing production environment in gas or chemical industry.
