Job Title: Saviynt Engineer (Identity Governance & Administration)

Location: Remote (Preferred locations: Atlanta GA or Minneapolis MN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Saviynt Engineer responsible for the implementation configuration and operational support of Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.

The role will focus on implementing Saviynt modules managing identity lifecycle processes integrating enterprise systems and ensuring secure access governance across on-premise and cloud environments. The engineer will work closely with IAM architects security teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Saviynt IGA Implementation

• Implement and configure Saviynt IGA solutions including:

  • Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)

  • Access Request Management (ARM)

  • Access Certifications and Recertifications

  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)

  • Role Mining and Role Engineering

Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Saviynt components including:

  • Workflows

  • Rules and scheduled jobs

  • Approval processes and notifications

  • Dashboards analytics and reporting campaigns

Integrations & Application Onboarding

• Onboard applications using standard and custom connectors such as:

  • REST APIs

  • JDBC

  • SCIM

• Develop and maintain integrations with:

  • Active Directory

  • Azure AD / Entra ID

• Develop custom workflows and API integrations within Saviynt.

Operations & Support

• Perform troubleshooting root cause analysis and production support.

• Provide audit support by delivering access reports evidence and documentation.

• Collaborate with IAM architects and security teams to align implementation with design standards.

• Participate in upgrades enhancements and identity platform migrations (e.g. SailPoint to Saviynt).

• Maintain documentation and follow SDLC and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Identity Governance.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt (EIC / IGA / Security Manager).

• Strong experience with:

  • Identity Lifecycle Management (JML processes)

  • Access Certifications and Segregation of Duties (SoD)

  • Role Engineering and RBAC models

• Experience integrating IAM solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

• Good understanding of IAM governance audit requirements and compliance frameworks.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills working with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:

• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional

• CISSP or CISM

• AWS or Azure Security certifications
