Role - Creative Technologist

Location - Remote Until Further notice

A Little Bit About the Role and Team:

As a Creative Technologist you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between creative and technical teams. You willbe responsible fordeveloping innovative technological solutions that enhance our advertising campaigns ensuring they are both compelling and effective. Your work will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into reality drivingengagementand brand loyalty for our clients.

Beyond execution you are a proactive problem-solver. You will actively seek out inefficiencies and frictionpointsthat creative or technical teams may not yet haveidentified taking the initiative to propose and implement smart technology-driven solutions that bridge communication gaps and streamline production.

What isrequired:

  • Collaborate closely with creative directors designers strategists and other team members to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions.
  • Proactivelyidentifyand bridge gaps between departments;observingcreative workflows toidentifystruggles they may not have voiced and educating them on existing technical solutions.
  • Take initiative inidentifyingtechnical team constraints and translating them into actionable insights for the creative team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identifynew technologytrends and assess their applicability to our advertisingobjectives ensuring our strategiesremainat the forefront of industry practices.
  • Conduct research and development to explore new platforms software and tools that enhance our creative capabilities and deliver superior results for clients.
  • Oversee the technical execution of projectsensuringall deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists and technical teams fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Partner with account teams to present technical concepts and solutions to clients articulating complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure all technological solutions are scalable and future-proof with a strong emphasis on user experience and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during project lifecycles.
  • Working with teams to help map out current and proposed processes.

What good looks like:

  • Proven experience (5 years) working in production on Print and Digital media types.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Digital Media Interaction Design ora relatedfield. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within the advertising marketing or digital media industries.
  • Strongproficiencyin AdobeIndesignPhotoshopand Illustrator.
  • Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI machine learning IoT etc.
  • A self-starter mindset with a proventrack recordof taking initiativemoving beyond executing a brief to proactively proposing technological interventions.
  • An impressive portfolioshowcasingpast projects that highlight your ability to merge creativity with technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability tothink outside the box.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in digital experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and translation skills with the ability to navigate both creative and technical languages to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
