Branch Sales Leadership
Lead coach and manage Branch Managers performance.
Ensure effective supervision productivity and discipline of sales teams
at the branch level.
Standardize sales practices and performance management across
branches.
Performance & Operations
Monitor key sales metrics including sales volumes productivity and
persistence.
Improve sales processes reporting and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective rollout of sales incentives and recognition programs.
Leadership & Culture
Build a performance-driven customer-focused retail sales culture.
Develop branch leadership capacity and support succession planning.
Represent the retail function professionally across the organization and
market.
