Job Summary
Role Purpose
This is a senior management position and is responsible for all aspects of HR function of the company and subsidiaries/units. The position is responsible for all HR matters.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organization goals staffing needs including recruitment retention training and talent development.
Plans leads develops coordinates and implements policies processes training initiatives and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance talent management and development productivity recognition and morale; occupational health and safety.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with applicable Labour law regulations.
Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy practice and resources.
Develops manages and maintains department budget.
Facilitates professional development training and certification activities for HR staff.
Ensure all meetings are held per company calendar.
Prepare weekly monthly quarterly half year and annual reports to the deputy CEO in a timely manner in accordance with company calendar.
Qualifications :
Education:
Degree in Human Resource or equivalent in Business Administration Management Studies or equivalent relevant field
Second degree in Business Management Human Resource Management or a closely related field preferred
Membership in a relevant professional body (IHRMP PHR SHRM SPHR CIPD) is preferred
A minimum of 8 years in an HR managerial role within a corporate setting
Minimum Requirements
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials and matters with discretion and tact

Must be objective and firm.

Willingness to travel short notice.
