Job Summary
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and professional Client Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati this role you will serve as a key point of contact between our organization and our clients ensuring that accounts are managed effectively and that clients receive outstanding support.
The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and comfortable communicating with clients while supporting account management and internal coordination. Responsibilities
Maintain positive and professional relationships with assigned client accounts
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
Monitor account activity and assist with account updates and documentation
Support onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth transition
Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
