Job Summary

Job Description:

In this role as a Call Center Representative at CSI Engineering USA you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. Your main duties will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing technical support and guidance on engineering services by CSI Engineering USA
  • Documenting all customer interactions and updating client information in the database
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
  • <>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Experience in the engineering or technical industry is a plus
