In this role as a Call Center Representative at CSI Engineering USA you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. Your main duties will include:
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Providing technical support and guidance on engineering services by CSI Engineering USA
- Documenting all customer interactions and updating client information in the database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
<>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience in the engineering or technical industry is a plus
