Description

InterMetro Industries is seeking aNational Account Representativefor the Commercial Products division within ourSales Department.

The National Account Representative - Commercial Products drives profitablerevenue growth across 35 assigned national accounts in the Lab and
Electronics segment by building senior-level customer relationships partneringwith field sales Territory Managers (TMs) and distributor sales representatives
and increasing end-user awareness and conversion.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with the assigned national accounts in partnershipwith field sales TMs engaging key stakeholders including categorymanagers buyers sales leaders marketing operations and analyticsteams.
Develop and maintain 1- 3- and 5-year account strategies for eachassigned account aligned to Metros corporate strategy and growthtargets.
Execute Metros strategy at each account using available enablementmechanisms (e.g. promotions e-commerce marketing catalogs salesflyers and training) to drive profitable growth.
Coordinate and communicate necessary account information to MetroRegional Sales Managers (RSMs) TMs and independent salesrepresentatives to support local execution.
Attend and coordinate Metros participation in national account annualsales meetings and/or trade shows.
Deliver recurring training and communications to the sales force andinternal support teams to ensure consistent execution for assignednational accounts.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with each national accountincluding channel marketing; coordinate biannual touchpoints with theDirector.
Present account progress and current action plans in internal QBRs andcomplete required monthly reporting for points of review (PORs).
Partner bi-weekly with Marketing Channel Program Managers CustomerService Finance and Operations to maintain a cohesive accountstrategy and resolve execution issues.
Assists in planning monitoring and/or managing budget in functionalarea of department.
Employee: Possess knowledge and understanding of the Code ofBusiness Ethics. Contribute to a workplace environment that is conduciveto the maintenance of the Code. Remain alert and sensitive to situationsthat could result in actions by an employee that are illegal unethical inviolation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support theCode. Report actual or perceived violations of the Code or Companypolicies and procedures for appropriate action.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications orrelated field
Work Experience: A minimum of five years relevant work experience isrequired.
