This is a rare opportunity to be part of a hand-selected global team doing the most consequential AI transformation work in the industry. As the AI Advantage Director for EMEA you will work directly with CxOs and their teams at ServiceNows most strategic Marquee accounts taking them from vision to roadmap to execution in weeks not quarters. You will combine strategic consulting expertise with deep platform conviction to help customers turn AI ambition into solutions that deliver measurable scalable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Leadership
- Manage the AI Advantage pipeline of Marquee accounts in EMEA owning the full engagement lifecycle from initial executive alignment through solution delivery within the program timeline and charter.
- Qualify and maintain true CxO sponsorship for every engagement. Given the limited number of engagements we run securing the right top-down commitment before we begin is as important as the work itself.
- Work with customers to surface their most important business challenges separate signal from noise at the executive level and prioritize high-value AI use cases with a bias toward action.
- Create the case for change. Lead from the front helping the team develop the assets executive narrative demo and value story that showcases the full power of the ServiceNow platform in the customers own language.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization pulling in the right pre-sales post-sales and partner resources as each engagement demands leading without direct authority and driving alignment through conviction clarity and credibility.
- Partner closely with account teams to ensure every AI Advantage engagement accelerates the broader customer relationship and commercial opportunity positioning the team as an accelerant not a competitor.
- Define scope outcomes and deliverables at the start of each engagement and hold the team to them. Scope creep is one of our biggest risks and you own preventing it.
- Maintain quality and consistency across engagements building shared standards and repeatable practices that scale the teams impact without diluting what makes the work exceptional.
Impact and Growth
- Strengthen executive relationships at each Marquee account broaden adoption of the ServiceNow portfolio and unlock net-new revenue opportunities across your EMEA portfolio.
- Ensure measurable outcomes are defined tracked and communicated throughout every engagement giving customers and internal stakeholders a clear line of sight to value.
- Feed learnings proof points and engagement insights back into the broader ServiceNow ecosystem sharpening the model and building the pipeline of customer success stories.
- Contribute to building the AI Advantage team as a new function helping shape how we operate what quality looks like and what great looks like in the EMEA region.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- To be successful in this role you bring a rare combination: the strategic rigor of a seasoned consultant the credibility to lead in a C-suite room and the founder mentality to build something new from the ground up.
- 10 years leading strategic consulting transformation or advanced technology programs with a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience running high-intensity executive engagements including co-innovation sprints POCs and transformation workshops. You have led these not just participated in them.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to build trust quickly simplify complexity and drive decision-making at the CxO level.
- The ability to orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams across a matrixed organization mobilizing the right resources at the right time without direct authority.
- A working fluency in AI and how enterprises are applying it to transform business processes decision-making and operating models.
- Regional fluency in EMEA with a deep understanding of how enterprise culture and executive relationships vary across markets.
- A bias toward action. You are energized by building something new comfortable with ambiguity and oriented toward doing over debating.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect transformation work to pipeline revenue and account expansion opportunities.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform or broader enterprise workflow and automation ecosystems is a plus.
