What youll do:

Provide top-notch support to customers in Danish via chat email and phone
Resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
Collaborate with a multicultural team across different locations
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience

Requirements:

Native Danish speaker with C1 English proficiency
Willing to relocate to Portugal ASAP
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card
