About The Job
As Head of Revenue and Go-to-Market for Digital Services you will play a central role in driving revenue growth and commercial excellence within Business Unit Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. This is a category-defining role where you will shape how Alfa Laval scales its digital services business building a high-growth and globally aligned revenue engine toward our 2030 ambitions.
Working as part of a cross-functional leadership team you will ensure strong alignment between market execution product development and operations with a clear focus on commercial outcomes. You will build and scale a global commercial organization starting with key markets across the US and Europe and lead the go-to-market strategy for our digital portfolioinitially focusing on scaling condition monitoring solutions while supporting the successful launch of new digital services. The role includes regular international travel and close engagement with customers sales companies and partners to drive execution and impact.
Key responsibilities:
Own and drive global revenue growth for Digital Services with full-funnel accountability and clear commercial targets
Define and execute a scalable global go-to-market system with strategy segmentation value propositions tools processes and commercial frameworks
Build and lead a high-performing global organization across digital sales and customer success ensuring strong capabilities and execution
Act as a strategic and hands-on commercial leader actively driving pipeline development key opportunities and revenue delivery
Establish and professionalize commercial processes governance and performance management to enable predictable and sustainable growth
Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with product technology and operations embedding market insights and commercial focus into strategic decisions
Act as the commercial anchor in the leadership team ensuring that market insights and revenue focus are reflected in strategic decisions
At Alfa Laval we embrace a hybrid work model providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position can be based at our Copenhagen or Kolding office with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40 50 days per year.
What You Know
MSc or BSc in Engineering Business or related field; MBA or equivalent commercial education is considered an advantage
Proven experience scaling and leading revenue-generating commercial organizations in digital software or service-based businesses
Strong track record of owning and delivering revenue growth including accountability for pipeline conversion and commercial outcomes
Experience operating across the full go-to-market lifecycle including marketing sales and customer success alignment
Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable repeatable GTM models across segments and markets ideally in both direct and partner-led sales motions.
Experience in pricing and commercial model design including subscription usage-based and outcome-based models
Experience with digital and data-driven offerings (e.g. IoT condition monitoring predictive services) is a strong advantage
Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution including operational discipline in forecasting and performance management
Strong capability to work in complex global cross-functional and matrixed organizations
Ability to translate strategy into disciplined measurable commercial execution and scalable revenue systems

You are a commercially driven leader with a strong track record of scaling digital or service-based businesses from early productmarket fit to global commercial success. You combine a digital-native mindset with the ability to operate effectively in complex industrial environments and navigate multi-stakeholder organizations. You excel at building and professionalizing revenue organizations bringing structure discipline and clarity to go-to-market execution and turning early traction into scalable repeatable growth through strong revenue operations and execution excellence.
You operate across the full go-to-market lifecycle with end-to-end accountability for revenue performance. You are both a commercial strategist and a hands-on leader comfortable defining direction and frameworks while also actively driving pipeline key customer engagement and revenue delivery. You are a strong people leader with experience building high-performing sales and customer success teams motivated by delivering measurable impact and shaping the growth of a global digital business toward 2030.
