We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to join GlobalConnects People Center of this role you will help strengthen how we manage improve and support key HR systems with SAP SuccessFactors as the main platform. You will work closely with HR managers and IT and play an important role in making our HR application landscape more effective reliable and easier to work with.

What you need to succeed

  • Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in a superuser specialist or consultant capacity
  • Experience with light system configuration permissions data updates testing and ongoing system improvements
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they are supported in HR systems
  • Experience identifying improvements supporting updates and releases and helping the business get more value from existing systems
  • Confidence working closely with HR managers and IT to solve issues and move changes forward

About the role and the team

You will join our HR Center of Excellence and report to Søren Kollenberg Senior Director People Center of Excellence. You will also work closely with another HRIS Specialist in Sweden and collaborate with colleagues across Denmark Sweden Norway Finland and Germany.

This is a role with both operational depth and long-term impact. Our HR application landscape is becoming more complex and we want to strengthen internal ownership of key processes and systems. You will be part of that journey by improving how we manage our current setup supporting critical HR processes and contributing to future system changes where needed.

What youll be working on

  • Own and develop superuser responsibilities within HR with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors HR modules and related HR processes
  • Work hands-on with light configuration permissions reporting testing troubleshooting and continuous improvements in the system landscape
  • Work closely with supplier/ support partners
  • Handle recurring annual and biannual activities linked to HR systems reviews and process support
  • Support colleagues with a wide range of ad-hoc needs from data changes and user support to urgent issue resolution when integrations or workflows are affected
  • Help assess prepare and implement changes in the HR application landscape including decommissioning selected systems and supporting implementation of new solutions where relevant
  • Work closely with HR and IT on tickets releases system changes governance questions and process improvements

Who we are looking for

You are someone who enjoys working close to both systems and people. You have strong hands-on system knowledge and like solving practical problems but you also see the bigger picture and can help recommend a way forward.

You work in a structured and quality-focused way communicate clearly and collaborate well across functions. You are comfortable with changing priorities and can move quickly between ad-hoc support and longer-term improvement work. Just as importantly you enjoy that mix and see it as a natural part of the role.

We are looking for someone who has likely worked as an HRIS specialist application specialist superuser or consultant within SAP SuccessFactors HR modules and who enjoys combining hands-on system work with continuous improvement.

It is a plus if you also have experience with Peakon Power BI system upgrades or supporting decommissioning and implementation work across business applications.

Practical Information

This position welcomes candidates that like to work from either our Stockholm office or our Copenhagen office.

We have a hybrid way of working with the expectation of you being in the office 3 days per week.

We do not offer relocation packages or work visas for this position.
