About The Role:

As a Sales Director (B2B) you will be responsible for leading and executing the companys business-to-business sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth expand market share and build long-term client partnerships. You will oversee the sales team manage key accounts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between revenue objectives and overall business goals.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and implement the companys commercial strategy aligned with business goals
    • Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

Revenue Generation:

    • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue and profit targets
    • Oversee pricing strategies revenue streams and profitability analysis

Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage sales marketing and business development teams
    • Set KPIs and performance targets for the commercial teams

    Partnerships and Client Relations:

      • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial partnerships

      Market Analysis:

        • Monitor market conditions competitor activities and customer trends
        • Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge

        Brand Development:

          • Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
          • Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms

          Who We Are Looking For:

          • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
          • 710 years of B2B sales experience with 35 years in a leadership role
          • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
          • Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
          • Strong leadership negotiation and strategic planning skills
          • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
