Position: Senior Payments Manager

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work model: hybrid (3 days office 2 days home) after initial 3 month nesting period

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and payment partners

• Negotiate contracts fees and service-level agreements with payment providers

• Monitor PSP performance uptime and compliance with agreed terms

• Ensure deposit and withdrawal flows are secure fast and reliable

• Identify and resolve payment-related issues delays and failures

• Review rejected transaction rates and implement solutions to reduce failures

• Prepare monthly reports on PSP performance and transaction volumes to optimize limits

• Ensure all PSP activities comply with KYC AML and regulatory requirements

• Conduct due diligence on existing and potential PSP partners

• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections

• Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing

• Review and optimize PSP fees and propose cost reduction strategies

• Track KPIs including processing speed error rates cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field

• 3 years of experience in payment operations within forex or CFD industry

• Strong knowledge of PSPs payment gateways and transaction flows

• Good understanding of KYC AML and regulatory frameworks

• Experience in vendor management and negotiation with payment providers

• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills

• Leadership experience managing operational or payments teams.
