For our client an international investment company we are looking for an:

Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) 100%

Primary location: Cyprus (preferred). Other locations such as Dubai or London may be considered depending on candidate profile and circumstances.

Division: Asset & Wealth Management

About the Role:

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) to join an international platform working with HNW/UHNW clients.

This role focuses on building and managing long-term client relationships ensuring a high standard of service and acting as the key link between clients and internal teams.

Please note: this is not an investment role you will not manage portfolios or make investment decisions.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW/UHNW clients
• Understand clients financial goals and ensure ongoing engagement
• Manage client onboarding in coordination with Compliance and Risk (KYC MiFID II)
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the investment team
• Communicate investment strategies and manage client expectations
• Ensure high-quality client service and handle requests professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance Economics or Business (CFA/CAIA is a plus)
• 5 years in wealth management private banking or asset management
• Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong understanding of client advisory in a regulated environment (MiFID II)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; Russian and/or Greek are a plus
• High level of professionalism integrity and responsibility
