Senior Full Stack Developer Larnaca Cyprus Onsite

Our client is an AI startup based in Larnaca developing next-generation AI Communication Agents - voice and text-based solutions that transform how businesses interact with their customers. A group company of one of the worlds leading multi-asset brokers which means they have the backing and ambition to scale fast. Their product is in its final stages and theyre gearing up for B2B launch in Cyprus and Greece with international expansion to follow.

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a compact high-performing engineering team where your decisions will shape the architecture and your code will go into production.

What youll be doing

Owning and delivering full stack features across frontend and backend working with React and Python. Rapidly prototyping and iterating on new ideas in close collaboration with the CPO and product leadership. Integrating third-party APIs and emerging AI tools as the product evolves. Writing clean modular maintainable code that others can build on. Contributing to architectural decisions with real influence over how the platform is built.

What you bring

45 years of hands-on full stack development experience. Strong command of React and ; Python is a plus. A builders mindset youre equally comfortable in a whiteboard session and a code editor. Experience delivering in fast-moving startup or product environments. Comfort working independently and taking ownership end to end. EU citizenship or the right to work in Cyprus without visa sponsorship this is an onsite role in Larnaca.
